Baby Yoga – Wednesday / 10.45-12.00/ Fazakerley Federation*(cancelled untill September, date to be arranged)A unique blend of yoga postures, infant developmental movement and parent/child bonding. Babies can benefit from better sleep, improved digestion, relief from gas pains and mild colic, a stronger immune system, and an increase in body awareness.
